The conference registration fee includes admission to Faculty Forums, Concurrent Sessions, Opening Reception, Keynote Luncheon, Awards Ceremony Luncheon, Poster Reception, and select Networking events. One Day Only registration includes the events and meal for the chosen day.
*Special Offer: First-Time Institution Rate- $500
- Attendees from a First-Time Institution must be at an institution that has not sent any CCID conference goers since 2020
- First-Time Institutions may be a member or a non-member of CCID
- Rate may be used for multiple attendees from a First-Time Institution
- Does not replace a Presenter fee
- Does not apply to Exhibitors or Sponsors
- Must register between May 1-August 1, 2025
- Must pay registration no later than August 31, 2025

- Must be an active member of AIRC, The Forum on Education Abroad & NAFSA and not a CCID Member at time of registration (your/ your institution’s current membership status must be verified before a $500 registration fee is accepted)
- Rate may be used for multiple attendees from an Event Partner
- Does not replace a Presenter fee
- Does not apply to Exhibitors or Sponsors

Group discounts are unavailable.
The following is the refund schedule for conference registration fees paid:
- Requests made before January 16, 2026: 100% of registration fees paid
- Requests made on or after January 17, 2026: no refund or credit for future CCID Conference
Please note: Refunds are not allowed for registrations not used.
