Join CCID for this interactive workshop on developing and assessing learning objectives associated with international programs and courses at community colleges. In this workshop, participants will review and receive resources to develop quality learning outcomes and effective techniques to measure their progress. Come with existing program or course-level global outcomes to workshop and improve or just a desire to learn how develop good outcomes. This workshop is appropriate for faculty or administrators wanting to improve or create global or internationalized learning outcomes for their campus programs or courses.

Learning outcomes for this workshop include:

· Understanding global competencies as part of comprehensive campus internationalization efforts

· Identifying goals that align with individual course or campus needs

· Assessing global learning at the program or course-level

· Improving the alignment of learning outcome(s) with assessment


This workshop is part of a new CCID series of professional development workshops aimed at building capacity among member colleges to participate in campus internationalization efforts.
