Proposal Submission

Submissions by, or inclusive of, first hand community college perspectives will be given priority. Failure to submit all required information may result in the proposal not being accepted.

  • Posters should highlight innovative practices in international education in a high-impact way.

Presentation Specifics

Please provide a brief description of your poster that includes at least 2 learning objectives. Make it brief and catchy as this is the description that will be used to promote your poster to conference participants. Poster descriptions should be a maximum of 250 words. 

Please upload a PDF of your abstract saved under the Primary Presenter's name (LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME.pdf).

On your document, please include the following:

  1. Name (s) of presenter (s)
  2. Institution (s) or organization (s) for each presenter
  3. Presentation title
  4. Submission Category: Poster
  5. Conference track and sub-theme

Agreement in Principle
Check box to agree in principle to terms, including submitter responsible for communication with additional presenters on providing bios and headshots, and relaying pertinent information. All poster presenters must be registered for the conference no later than December 15, 2024. *We encourage those submitting proposals to request travel funds in advance in case their proposal is accepted.
